Adrian Mullins, Managing Director

The earlier years of Adrian's career were spent in the hospitality sector.  It was at this formative stage that he realised the importance of great customer service being at the heart of everything we do.

He then started working increasingly in the healthcare sector.  This exposed him to many organisations that deliver services to the elderly and he was saddened by the levels of service he often saw.  He also saw a marked deterioration in many people following their move to residential and nursing homes and felt passionately that people should have the choice to continue living in their own homes to stave off this deterioration.

Trying to find quality home care for his grandmother was the tipping point that prompted Adrian to set up Cura Care, with the aim of delivering great service to older people in their own homes.

Adrian is committed to the development of the care sector and has recently participated in the consultation process for the Social Care White Paper, the Home Care Summit at the Houses of Parliament and the Care Show in Bournemouth.

In addition to his running Cura Care, Adrian is a Trustee of Carers Support Merton, a charity that helps people care for their loved ones.

Carers

Cura Care's home care team have a range of backgrounds including people who have cared for relatives and loved ones, people who have worked in the care sector for many years, people from a hospitality background as well as people studying nursing and medicine.  The one thing they all have in common is a deep seated desire to help people.  We only employ people with the right personality for the role.

We are committed to helping staff develop and our carers receive training and support so that they can deliver clients the quality of home care they deserve.
